If you are 140 to 170 pounds will be small. From 170 to 240 medium. From 240 and above large.

Other chest panels will be available to order for 5.56 - 308, and 9mm Colt SUB Gun 32 round type of mags. 3 pouches per panel will be directly sewn on it. Panels can easily be changed for different configuration depending on the mission.
