Return Policy:

"Our items are all hand-made with the utmost care using top quality materials. Each item is individually made to order and designed specifically around the customer's requests. As such, returns will only be accepted if the items received are damaged or not the item that was ordered, if this is the case, then call us for refunding information. Any claims must be made within 15 days of receipt. We do not refund shipping costs in either direction. Refunds will be issued by check after the item(s) is received at our warehouse. Our products carry a one year warranty from time of reciept."
